Please fill out this form if you are going to be missing your weekly ESP session for any reason.

Just as a reminder,  you are allowed 2 absences per semester.
3 or more absences will result in a failing grade for the course.
Note that if you are able to attend a different section for the week, your absence does not count towards your allotment.
