Hieronder kunt u een borrel aanvragen bij de barcommissie het Alcoholaat. De locatie, met uitzondering van de Interstelling (R-520), dient u zelf te reserveren. Bij een borrel georganiseerd door het Alcoholaat tappen altijd twee Alcoholaatsleden. Voor een borrel buiten het W&N gebouw zijn er drie Alcoholaatsleden nodig.  Verzoekjes over de borrel gaan in overleg. Voor gespecificeerde kosten kunt u van tevoren een mail sturen naar tegenstelling@gyrinus.nl. De factuur wordt u na afloop per e-mail toegezonden. Gyrinus natans is niet verantwoordelijk voor eventuele schade veroorzaakt door bezoekers van de borrel.

Let op: vraag een borrel ten minste twee weken van tevoren aan! De secretaris van het Alcoholaat zal contact opnemen over de details van de borrel. U ontvangt zo spoedig mogelijk een reactie van de secretaris van het Alcoholaat. Indien u binnen een week na aanvraag nog geen reactie heeft ontvangen, neem dan aub contact op met alcoholaat@gyrinus.nl.

In dit formulier wordt er gevraagd naar persoonlijke gegevens, zoals e-mail en factuur adressen. Uw e-mail adres en naam wordt na betaling bewaard voor onbepaalde tijd. Here you can specify what kind of drinks you would like to organize. You have to reserve the location, except for De Interstelling (R-520), yourself. Two members of the Alcoholaat will be the bartenders. If the location is outside the W&N building, three Alcoholaat members are needed. The Alcoholaat also has movable speakers available at request. Then you have the possibility to take your own music on a USB-stick, telephone or laptop. After your request the secretary of the bar committee will contact you as soon as possible. For specified costs you can e-mail: tegenstelling@gyrinus.nl. The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. Gyrinus will not responsible for any damage caused by visitors.

Caution: a request has to be made at least two weeks in advance! The secretary of the Alcoholaat will contact you about the details of your request. You will receive a response from the secretary of the Alcoholaat as soon as possible. If you have not received a response within a week after your request, please contact alcoholaat@gyrinus.nl.

By filling in this form, we ask for some personal data like e-mail addresses and invoice addresses. Your e-mail address and name will be saved for indefinite time after payment.
