Human Flourishing Leadership Academy Application
The Human Flourish Leadership Academy (HFLA) is a year long personal and professional development experience for business, community, and education leaders –i.e., administrators, counselors, teacher, managers, business executives, executive directors, and more. Since 2019, the Consortium for Human Flourishing at Saint Louis University has been engaged in international and interdisciplinary collaboration between researchers and practitioners.  HFLA aims to support the mission of the Consortium for Human Flourishing at SLU by supporting individual and community efforts to improve quality of life and flourishing. 

The following key elements of flourishing will be covered in this academy:
  • Mental, Emotional, and Physical Health
  • Happiness and Life Satisfaction
  • Character and Virtue
  • Personal and Professional Meaning and purpose
  • Social relationships: locally, regional, nationally, and globally.
Please complete this application to be considered for 2024-25 Cohort 2.  The application deadline is on May 30, 2024.  Applicants will be notified by June 15th of their acceptance. The first session is August 17th, 2024, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
