Awarded to an individual that has successfully implemented a company-wide initiative to transform its EHS program and reduce workplace risk.

Selection Criteria include:
- Implemented a safety program or initiative for their workplace that has had corporate buy-in
- Demonstrated significant improvement over previous conditions (i.e. reduction of accidents/incidents)
- Proven leadership that has empowered and encouraged workforce participation
- Achieved measurable improvements over the status quo
