At prenatal visits, the focus is on the baby's growth.
And the one postpartum visit you get is quick and unhelpful.

If we're just meeting for the first time, hi! My name is Meg, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer with a Specialization in Pre+Postnatal Fitness. My passion for pre + postnatal fitness developed during my pregnancy when I struggled to find a comprehensive prenatal program to prepare me for the demands of labor and motherhood.

I believe in functional training to strengthen your body to prepare for every day life.I know that life is unpredictable, so you won't find a rigid "never miss a workout" message from me! I want to help you feel energetic, and take on motherhood with confidence! You deserve to feel vibrant, Mama. Throughout pregnancy, postpartum and beyond!

I offer virtual coaching and personal training. Packages include:
- Custom workouts plan that you can do in the gym or in the comfort of your own home
- Video exercise tutorials and flexible weekly calendar on a user friendly app)
- Habit building and tracking (specifically around stress management)
- Form assessments (by request)
- 24/7 messaging access via Voxer
- Monthly 20-30 min check-in calls
- Education specific to pregnancy and postpartum
- 30 minute consultation with Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist Dr. Olga Treko
