This self-assessment instrument has been designed in order to enable the partners to assess in which extent are developed and applied policies and practices for an open access to Higher Education of students from under-represented ethnic groups (Roma students). In formulating the questions we have consulted the Self-Study Instrument on Equitable Access and Success in Higher Education developed by IAU (International Association of Universities www.iau-aiu.net) and adopted many of them.
