Get Circus Strong: online training program
It’s time to expand the program.

If you’re up for it, this is a six-month training program that will build mobility, stability and strength like you won’t believe.

This is about the long game: Progress takes time.

* Be ready, willing and able to invest in the long game.*
Training with me is an investment in not only your long-term circus participation, but also your health and fitness. Getting stronger and developing mobility takes time...and in some cases, additional resources such as access to weights or equipment. If you are not ready to commit to making your health and fitness priorities right now, I probably can't work with you.

*If you are chronically stressed or super-busy then I can’t work with you right now. It’s best for you to take steps to manage your stress and come back later.

* If you are not ready to start within the next two weeks then I cannot work with you. Please respond back and say that you cannot get going right away and feel free to apply at a later date when you are in a position to start right away.

Online coaching is the most effective and affordable way for me to offer my services. Instead of having somebody in the gym count sets and reps for you, consider me your fitness concierge. I’m here for you when you need me and you can trust that I have nothing but your long-term health and fitness as my goals. That and helping to make sure circus is an enjoyable part of your life for a long time to come!

If we were to work together in a gym not only would it be more expensive for you (you’re paying gym overhead and there are more people--owners, etc.--who need to get a cut of the action), but I would also be limited by scheduling frustrations in a gym. Because we’re working together remotely I don’t have any restrictions and can give you precisely what you need, when you need it. You deserve nothing less.

Do you have access to a gym or weights? Specifically, my training plans make use of kettlebells (dumbbells are an easy substitute), TRX (or generic suspension trainers or rings…sometimes silks can be used, if you have regular access to them), pull-up bars and bands. If you’re new to strength training, you can get away with minimal equipment at first…but pretty quickly, your strength will plateau and we’ll need some equipment to get you stronger. *
How often are you working out/exercising right now? *

Let's talk favorite 80s movies. What's yours? (Trust me. This is important). *

While we’re at it, what’s your favorite cheesy dance song? Actually, it doesn’t have to be a “dance song” per se, but it should be the kind of song that makes your friends judge you just a little bit for liking. *
