Changes to SAHA Public Housing Lease
The purpose of the SAHA Public Housing Lease is to establish the terms, conditions and agreements entered into between a resident and SAHA in order to dwell within a SAHA-owned public housing unit.
SAHA will revise the Lease as needed to comply with changes in HUD regulations, Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) revisions and other agency plan activities. Any substantial revision to the Lease, including an addendum or attachment, must be posted within the common areas of the property for thirty (30) days, beginning Monday, December 16, 2019. Comments on the proposed changes will be accepted until Friday, January 17, 2020. Please complete this form to submit public comments on the proposed changes to the SAHA Public Housing Lease.
