Every entrant must be affiliated as a Compete Plus Member or, if not affiliated to TTE as a member, provide proof of being a member of another National Association affiliated to the ITTF. An entrant who is not a TTE member or is affiliated as a Supporter or Club Play member may apply to TTE for a One-Time Tournament Pass (OTTP). An entrant with Compete membership may purchase a One-Time Tournament Top-up (OTTT). It is not possible to obtain the OTTT or the OTTP at the tournament; these can be purchased through your Sport 80 account. TTE Regulations Part A (Regulated Competitions) and Part B (Tournament Regulations) apply to the tournament.
ITTF Regulations for International Competitions apply to the tournament except where otherwise specified in TTE Regulations Parts A or B, or in this form.
Completion and submission of this Entry Form signifies agreement by the entrant to the conditions of the competition, including any variations of ITTF regulations.
Entries must be submitted with full payment of fees.
Playing clothing shall consist of a shirt and shorts, trousers, leggings or skirt, or a one-part sports outfit, socks and playing shoes; a sports hijab may also be worn. Other garments shall not be worn during play except with the permission of the referee. ITTF 3.2.2.1 amended. The main colour of a shirt, shorts, trousers or skirt, other than sleeves and collar of a shirt, shall be clearly different from that of the ball in use. ITTF 3.2.2.2 amended.
No competitor or official shall engage in betting on players or matches.
Doping shall not take place either before or during play; and doping control tests may take place.

Playing conditions - Sanwei 3* white balls, 6 Sponeta 22mm tables, 2 Butterfly tables 22mm tables, Butterfly & Contra & Imperial nets, LED lighting is per table(1240 lux). Floor to ceiling is approximately 3 metres and floor to lighting height is approximately 2.7 metres. The Floor in the hall is wood. Scoring machines will be used for all matches.Court sizes will be 9m x 4.5m minimum, with barriers surrounding each court.
No entry will be accepted after the draw has been made, subject to the discretion of the Referee.
All entries and event details are subject to COVID-related restrictions, or protocols that Table Tennis England may deem necessary. Venues used for events may impose COVID restrictions that go beyond government guidance.
All competitors may be required to umpire at least one match in each event entered.
All matches shall be the best of five games up to 11. The final order in a group shall be determined as per ITTF regulation 3.7.5 for group competitions.

TTE, the Organisers and the Referee will not tolerate bad language or verbal abuse of volunteers, officials, staff or venue staff, nor a failure to follow the operational directions of stewards and event staff. We will treat all such instances extremely seriously and will take disciplinary action if necessary. Entry closing date Saturday 7th of December 2024 at 5pm. Draw will be Monday 9th of December 2024.
If it becomes necessary to restrict entries, priority will be given in order of receipt.
In conjunction with the TTE Child Protection Policy, persons wishing to take photographs or video images must register with the event organiser, producing their professional identification, TTE authorisation or a completed TTE authorisation form.
All competitors will be required to sign in upon their arrival, should not leave the centre without notifying the referee. Players absent when due to play are liable to be scratched from their next match. Practice will only be permitted prior to the event starting.
There will be no charge for admission.
Changing facilities will be available.
The referee’s decision shall be final on a point of law and on any question arising not provided for in these regulations, or in any dispute as to the interpretation thereof.
Refreshments (tea/coffee/water, etc) and light snacks will be on sale (chocolate/crisps etc)
Car Park: An access code can be provided upon request for free parking. Street parking is also available (at owner’s risk)
