Good Food Box at Knox - Sign up Form (April-June, 2021)
Knox Presbyterian Church is partnering with Calgary’s Community Kitchen’s ‘Good Food Box’ program to provide healthy food at affordable prices. Here's how it works:

1. Sign up using this form for a box of produce. Box content varies depending on the season.

Box size/price options:
- $25 for 20-25 lbs
- $30 for 30-35 lbs
- $35 for 40-45 lbs

2. Drop off your money (CASH ONLY) at Knox (3704 37st SW) by the order/pay by date (see image below). Please use the secure mailbox on the west side and clearly label your money with your name and indicate that it is for the purchase of a Good Food Box.

3. Pick up your box of produce at Knox (3704 37st SW) between 3:30-5:30pm on the Pick up date (see image below)
