NOMINATION FORM FOR THE SRYHA APPOINTED POSITIONS
Appointed Positions: The SRYHA President will appoint individuals to run the non-elected positions of the
association. These are positions essential to the operations of the association. The Executive Board needs to
approve the appointment of the Tryout Coordinator(s). The appointed positions shall be determined by June 1 of each year. The individuals appointed to positions are accountable to the Executive Board and are responsible to carry out the job duties as described.
