Form must be submitted at least 2 business days prior to your trip. Any absence that does not fall under the Excused Reasons List may be excused if the family completes a Request for Excused Absence Form prior to the absence. Each student is permitted five pre-excused absences per year. This includes absences for hunting trips, family vacation, day trips, traveling, and any other absence not on the Excused Reasons List. Approval will be made at the discretion of the administration, in accordance with school policy and will be
granted to students who do not have attendance issues or failing grades.
