The information provided on this form and the testimonial will be used by the UKRI Digital Research Skills Catalyst for processing your request and for impact reporting to secure further funding. 

Data will only undergo processing necessary for carrying out this consultancy service, and will not be shared outside of the Digital Research Skills Catalyst.

Each session is between approximately 15 and 30 minutes long and intended for guidance, advice, or signposting.

Sessions may be longer at the discretion of the expert.

This service is not for completing entire projects or extensive work on behalf of the user.

Users can book up to 2 sessions per month to ensure fair access for everyone.

Additional bookings may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Sessions should focus on specific questions or challenges rather than full project execution.

Problem formulation (figuring out what you need help with) is also permitted.

We may redirect users to resources, documentation, or alternative services if their needs exceed the session’s scope.

If a session is deemed unproductive or outside the intended use, we reserve the right to end it early or decline future bookings.

Users may reschedule their session to accommodate flexibility at our discretion.

Users must engage professionally and respectfully.

Abuse, harassment, repeated no-shows without forewarning, or repeated attempts to circumvent booking limits may result in suspension from future bookings at our discretion.

Advice given during sessions is guidance only—we do not take responsibility for implementation outcomes.

We reserve the right to modify these terms as needed to improve the service.

If insights, analysis, or guidance from these sessions contribute to a published paper, report, or project, users must provide appropriate acknowledgment or citation.
