MVCCA Membership Application & Renewal
Please fill out this electronic form prior to submitting your annual membership dues to the Mount Vernon Council of Citizens' Association (MVCCA). Required fields are indicated with a star.

Membership includes:
 - One voting representative at all General Council meetings.
 - One vote on each of the Standing Committees.
 - Electronic distribution of the monthly newsletter, The Record.

Information & Deadlines:
- Fiscal year is July 1 to June 30.
- New applications & updates may be submitted at any time.
- Renewal applications and dues checks are due July 1.
- A grace period for receiving renewal applications & dues ends on September 1, when membership maybe suspended.
- For changes within a member Association (i.e. new President/Treasurer or committee representatives), please edit this submission OR email the MVCCA Secretary at Secretary@mvcca.org. If the recorded change is a Committee Representative, also notify the Chair of the Committee by email.

After you complete the entire form, you will receive an email to the address entered below. The email will include a pdf file of your responses.
