If you made your way here, I'm going to assume you know who I am so I'll skip the introduction and jump into the "why" of this.
I want you to feel that I'm being held accountable for my actions. I'm aware that although we say "rank doesn't mean much", that there's still a perceived barrier between me as a Councilor, and the general membership. This can lead to acceptance of behaviors just because I hold a higher rank.
I do my best to hold myself to the standards I've set for myself, but I'm not infallible. And there are things I don't see or understand. I hope that you'll feel welcome to approach me (here anonymously or anywhere) about things you see I could do better on, suggestions for me to work on, or where I'm doing well in any of the hats I wear here.
Please know that I will seriously contemplate your words and I thank you for them.
Responses are hidden, only I will see them but I will address any responses in my public journal. So you are welcome to be as specific or as general as you'd like. I will be sure to keep any names or identifying situations out of any conversation held outside of this form.
Thanks again! I look forward to hearing from you
