2026 Commitment & Financial Agreement: West Clermont MB
On behalf of the entire West Clermont Band family, we are excited by your interest in the West Clermont Marching Band! The Marching Band at West Clermont is the largest student experience in the district, and one of the largest marching bands in Clermont County. Our goal is providing our students with a community and family in which to belong, learn, laugh and cry, as they learn to be the best versions of themselves. We look forward to a wonderful season, and welcome to the Marching Band!

* This form is due no later than Friday, April 27th.

* By submitting this form, you will agree to West Clermont Marching Band's:

      1. Attendance Policy Agreement
      2. Financial Obligations Agreement
      3. Parent/Guardian Volunteer Agreement
      4. Registration & Data Agreement

IMPORTANT: Students will not be allowed to participate in Marching Band rehearsals/performances if payments are not up to date or required registration documents are not complete. Families with financial hardship may qualify for assistance and should indicate their interest and intent to apply for a scholarship for Student Experience Fees in order to be considered for any financial support.
