Purpose for the Registry
 
Collected data is used by the Data Controller to provide services for Data Subject (member) from the moment the Data Subject has given consent to store them in the Registry. Services provided by Castor include (but are not limited to):
- Training and recreational activities
- Safeguarding members’ interests
- Information services
 
Data stored in the Registry
 
Castor can store Personal Data concerning Data Subjects in the Registry to facilitate aforementioned services, for example:
- First and last name
- City of Residence
- Email address
 
Data Retention
 
All Data will be immediately deleted once it becomes irrelevant to the services provided by the Data Controller to the Data Subject.
 
Data Transfer
 
No Personal Data will be transferred outside Castor's system nor Right to Access provided to entities outside Castor.
 
Data Protection
 
Data is stored in Google Drive. Authentication is required to access the data.
 
Cookies
 
We do not use cookies.

Data Subject has the following Rights:
- Subject Access Right
- Right to demand correction of erroneous Data
- Right to be Forgotten
- Any other Rights written down in the General Data Protection Regulation

To become a member of Castor you need to accept the Rules of the organisation. These are only in Finnish, sorry.
