Interactive Baby Massage and Mommy Care Class
Optimal Life Therapy and Wellness is hosting an Interactive Baby massage and Mommy care class for Mommy and Baby. We will be covering baby massages using massage techniques and essential oils that help with baby's digestion, relaxation, constipation, sleeping, and sickness.  Mommy care includes mommy posture, breathing, mom core, nutrition, and mental care!    

This event will be hosted at Optimal Life Therapy and Wellness by our providers:  Marisa Risch, LMT,  Dr. Jordan Lindon, PT and Becky Dobbins, Counselor.    

Class size is limited to the first 14 people.  There is a $30 charge for this event.  Payment instructions will be sent when your spot is reserved.
