• Steel Bridge • 
Design, Manufacture, and Build at competition a 24 ft. steel bridge. This competition involves using 3-D CAD software and simulation tools to design a bridge that is aesthetically pleasing, fast to construct, light, stiff, cheap to construct, and structurally efficient.

• Sustainable Solutions • 
Create and present a plan to sustainably revitalize a downtown block. This competition is intended to simulate a request for proposal (RFP). It includes the use of the ENVISION Checklist and the creation of a public outreach poster, a 3-D site walkthrough, and a technical design proposal.

• Surveying Competition • 
Use standard field and office equipment and procedures to solve common problems encountered in industry. This competition consists of both an office and field component. The office component includes a topographic mapping project and a presentation. The field component is composed of the following four tasks: pacing, differential leveling, building stakeout, and determining the depth of a proposed sewer line and the cut at each station.

• Innovation Competition • 
Identify, develop, investigate feasibility, and show a business plan for visionary innovations to address one of the following three topics: Clean Drinking Water, Clean Energy, and Clean Roads.
