Minnesota Ballroom Blast is a fantastic event that wouldn't be possible without the support of local volunteers, and we need your help to bring this magical event together! If you are interested in volunteering your time or skills to help the event succeed, please fill out the form below to let us know how you'd like to help!

Please check all times that you are available and willing to lend a hand. Because event run times are flexible, so are our volunteer time slots. We've gotten pretty good at this running-a-competition thing, though, so our times tend to be pretty close to the real deal.

Saturday 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.: Set-up

Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.: Morning Session and Lunch Break

Saturday 1:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.: Afternoon Session

Saturday 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.: Dinner Break

Saturday 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.: Halloween Dance and Championship Events

Sunday 7:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.: Set-up

Sunday 9:30 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.: Level Up Dance Seminar

Setting-up (placing decorations, organizing registration desk, etc.)

Registering teams, Selling and checking tickets, Distributing competitor packets

On-Deck Coordination

Collecting critique sheets from Judges

Assisting competitors in the dressing rooms

Replenishing water stations, Sweeping the dance floor between events, etc.
