Distillery Registration - Copper State Beer Festival 2025
Event Date: Saturday, January 18th, 2025

Event Time: 12PM - 5PM (VIP entry at 12PM, GA+ at 1PM & GA at 2PM, Last Call at 4:45PM)

Load In: 8AM - 10:30AM (complete set up by 11:00AM for Fire Marshal inspection)
Tear Down: Complete by 7PM

Receive:

- 10' x 10' booth space on site
- 1 table (if you need a specific size table for your table cloth, please plan to bring your own table)
- Distillery listed on festival website
- Each distillery will be highlighted on the Festival Instagram page as a 'featured distillery' leading up to the event
- Media assets to promote your distillery's participation at the festival (social media copy, flyers, etc.)
- Ice throughout event
- The ability to sell bottles to-go with proper liquor licensing (SERIES 16). It is the responsibility of the distillery to apply for a SERIES 16 license  

Distilleries will provide:
- (24) 750ML bottles of spirits, a mix of varieties/flavors. Please note that this volume requirement may increase or decrease depending on registration numbers and amount of alcohol vendors in attendance. We will finalize a few weeks prior to the event.
- An assortment of mixers for cocktails (if you so choose)
- Containers to keep bottles chilled (if need be)
- 10'x10' tent, chairs, marketing materials & signage (everything required for booth set up)
- Personnel to serve and educate during the event

*NOTE - all tents and display items must be secured and weighted down by YOUR staff. STAKING INTO THE GROUND IS PERMITTED.

Each participating distillery will be notified 4 weeks prior to the Festival to review the products that will be served. This notice will provide instructions necessary to access your form and edit/add information to the form.
