Survey: How are islands responding to COVID-19?
Island and rural communities will be drastically impacted by COVID-19. With difficulties in providing enough hospital beds, maintaining food supplies and keeping transportation links, islands with also feel the brunt of the economic impact.

This survey is to share information on island responses to COVID-10 that will be useful for other communities in similar situations, and help respond to the long term planning needs.

The goal is to collate and share information on island responses to Covid 19 worldwide in order to better equip those islands who are in the midst of the crisis now and plan better for the future for islands who may suffer the consequences of Covid 19 in the future. Importantly, planning is not just about the immediate action, but also about the long term recovery.

PLEASE NOTE: Your answers may be shared in the public domain and with academic researchers and government officials. All answers are optional and if you would like to remain anonymous please leave the "name" field blank. However, an email address (which will remain strictly private) is helpful in case we have follow up questions.

The questions in the survey have been devised together with the Strathclyde Centre for Environmental Law and Governance (SCELG). Island Innovation and SCELG will work together to share the data collated as quickly and as widest as possible.
