Register a Child/ VBS 등록

- 2019 SPC VBS (K~6th limit: 60)

- DATE: AUG 1~ 3(THUR~SAT) (9:00AM~3:00PM)

- Each child must fill out a registration form.
 : 형제, 자매 각각 등록 부탁합니다.

- We provide lunch and snacks
: 점심 식사와 스낵을 제공합니다.

1. When registering, please choose your child’s last completed grade.
: 등록 시, 마지막으로 마친 학년을 선택해주세요.

2. Registration fee: Check payable to ‘SPC’
 (Please write child’s name, age/체크에 자녀의 이름, 나이 기입)

   - Early bird: $55 for 1st child, $50 for siblings
 (check must arrive by June 16th/ 조기등록 할인 6/16까지 도착분에 한함)

   - After June 16 : $60 for 1st child, $55 for siblings
   - Please send a registration fee by July 26, 2019

3. Our cancellation policy : $40 refundable before June 30, 2019
 (No refunds after June 30, 2019)
