Towards Designing a New Model for HR Effectiveness

TWARAN is proposing a new model for effectiveness of HR initiatives in organisations. The model proposes combination of three aspects, such as A. COMPETENCY, B. RESULTS and C. IMPACT

Why This Research: While discussing with Mr. Shyam Iyer, Head HR, TATA Power SED, it is observed that for a large period we have been dependent on the Western School of Management Thoughts and low research on Indian Context. Therefore a proposed model is created with indepth understanding of the corporate context. Your views and responses to it can help us design it scientifically
