Cancellation, Rescheduling, Refund Policy and Refresher Class

Cancellation Policy
If GEX Academy cancels or reschedules a class:
GEX Academy reserves the right to cancel or change any class at its discretion due to not meeting the minimum class size or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, learners will be informed, and the class will be rescheduled to a later date. If the class is cancelled before it begins and there is no rescheduled session, GEX Academy will provide a full refund of the course fee already paid.

Refund Policy (Based on full course fees):
- More than 14 days before course start date = No cancellation fees will be charged (100% refund)
- 14 to 7 days before course start date = 50% of full course fee will be charged (50% refund)
- Less than 7 days before course start date or did not attend = 100% of full course fee will be charged (no refund)

Rescheduling Policy
Learners may request to reschedule their class. However, if a learner fails to notify GEX Academy or does not show up without a valid reason, 100% of full course fees will still apply.

Refresher Class Policy
Unlimited complimentary refresher sessions are available after course completion, subject to class availability and seating capacity.
