Green Store has four primary areas of operation: marketing & outreach, inventory & data, communications & customer service, and operations management. As a team member, you will have the opportunity to "rotate" and work with Green Store officers who are responsible for leading these respective areas. You will therefore eventually work with all officers closely and learn about each business concept that is key to the Store.
In addition to attending meetings, team members will be expected to contribute to Green Store’s operations and customer service by assisting with deliveries, as do all officers of the Store. In addition to learning important skills, you will be an active participant in our Store on an operational level. Because there are delivery shifts, the time commitment due to deliveries will be very manageable.
