Approximately how many people will be eating your share?
Some information about our sliding scale:
We ask that CSA members with the means to pay at or above market rate do so, so that lower-income CSA members can receive their share at a price that is more within their budget. If you are unsure what to pay or do not wish to engage in the sliding scale, we invite you to pay the market rate. If you would like to contribute more than $40/week or if $20/week is still not accessible for you, please choose the "other" option and specify the rate you would like to pay.

If you have any questions about our sliding scale please see eastbrookfarm.com/csa for more information about our sliding scale, or contact us at eastbrookcommunityfarm@gmail.com // 607-865-5529.
How much will you pay for your share on our sliding scale? *
Select "other" if you would like to contribute more than $40/week, or if $20/week is still inaccessible.
Choose your Share Pick up Location: *
Unfortunately, we will not be offering free-choice shares for pickup at farmers markets this year. We know this will impact some of our returning CSA members, and hope you will join us anyway! We are still offering share pickup at Franklin Farmers Market but, shares will arrive pre-boxed.

If you are unable to pick your share up at any of these locations/times, please choose the "other" option and let us know how we might be able to work with you, especially if you are a returning CSA member without reliable transportation to one of our pick-up locations. Within reason, we would like to help to keep CSA shares accessible and convenient, especially to those who have stuck with us over the years! Let us know how we might do that for you, and we will reach out to make arrangements.
Share Type *
Don't see an option that works for you? Select "other" and let us know desired start and end dates for your share. We'll see what we can do!
Would you like to pick up your share weekly, or every other week? *
If you don't need a full share of veggies each week, you can choose an every other week share - we'll pack you a share on alternating weeks, and only charge you for those weeks!
Would you like to discuss:
Check any of the below and we will contact you!
Total amount you will pay for your share *
To calculate your final amount, please multiply the total number of weeks of your share by the weekly sliding-scale price you selected. For example, for an every other week full season share at market rate, this would be 12 weeks x $30/week = 360
Payment Options *
We accept check, cash, and SNAP payments. Checks should be made out to "East Brook Community Farm". Payments can be mailed to (or dropped off at, with prior notice): East Brook Community Farm, 2253 County Highway 22, Walton NY 13856.

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT *
I understand that submitting this signup form does not guarantee me a share at the price I have listed until I have received confirmation from the farm. By becoming a CSA member of East Brook Community Farm, I understand I am a stakeholder in and supporter of the 2023 growing season. In exchange for my contribution, I know that the farmers of EBCF promise to do their darnedest to provide me with an abundance of nutritious, sustainably-grown produce. I understand there are risks in agriculture, and that, while EBCF's farmers are experienced and responsible, crop yields are not guaranteed due to weather events and the like. I understand that I’m encouraged to participate beyond financial contribution to the farm, in such ways as: volunteering time/skills, attending workshops / potlucks / community gatherings. As a stakeholder in the farm, I recognize my role in the long-term viability of the CSA. I have read and understand the contents of http://eastbrookfarm.com/csa/ and am selecting a sliding scale rate that accurately reflects my income and access to financial resources.
