7 AM EARLY START ATHLETES DO NOT NEED TO SIGN UP FOR A SHUTTLE.

ALL EARLY START (7 AM) ATHLETES NEED TO TAKE THE 5:45 SHUTTLES.


Frequently asked questions:

**Shuttles depart from the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe next to the front plaza in front of Alpine Union by the giant guitar.

**Please arrive early for your shuttle. Buses will begin loading at 6am and 6:45am. The LAST bus for each transport wave will leave at 6:15am and 7:00am

**Choose wisely! You will not be able to switch times once selected.

** Yes you can get a ride to the Start! Your friends/family/Uber/Taxi etc can all drop you off -- just make sure you're on time!

** There is no parking available at the start. Even if you find a place to squeeze in, we do NOT have shuttles to take you back up to the start if you park your car in the morning.

** Shuttles are only for racers -- friends/family cannot ride the bus.

**Moving 1500 runners to the Start Line requires two rounds of shuttling. This does mean there is a wait at the start if you're on the 6:15 shuttle. We do have Alpen Sierra coffee, snacks, DJ, and Kaia Fit to keep you fueled up and warmed up.

**Remember to wear warm clothes to the start. It is a bit chilly in the early morning. You'll get a drop bag at the expo in which you can send those warm clothes to the finish.
