Chromebook Damage Report
Whether your Chromebook is not functioning properly, has suffered some damage, or is missing, it is the student's responsibility to let a school official know as soon as possible. Never try to repair your Chromebook yourself. Students/Parents must submit a Chromebook Damage Report directly to the IT Department in order for devices to be assessed and repaired. The IT department and Administration will determine whether the damage is covered under the coverage plan or if additional resolutions/actions are needed.
