Eye Exams - $70 for non-members $60 for KRKC members

After completing this registration form, payment must be sent via
etransfer to kamloopsregkc@gmail.com within 24 hours to reserve your spot.
Once payment has been received, you will receive a message with:
- instructions for registering your exam(s) with OFA, and
- a link to an online schedule where you can select your appointment time slot.
Note that the registration system is not automatic, so response emails may take up to a day to be sent out.
All times are scheduled on a first-come/first-served basis. We are unable to adjust the schedule manually.
Fees are not refundable, except in the case that we do not fill the minimum number of appointments necessary to conduct the clinic. This decision will be made by April 1. In the event that the clinic is cancelled at this time, all moneys paid will be refunded via e-transfer.
