2017 Grad Dance Volunteers
Welcome on board! We are thrilled to have you on our volunteer team. The grad set-up period will run from late May to mid June. You can volunteer as much or as little time as you wish, whatever you can give will be very much appreciated! Schedules will be determined at a later date.

DECOR TEAM:
Help with the installation of the decor for dining tables, hallways and restrooms.
CONSTRUCTION TEAM:
Help with the building of the set design and its installation as determined by the Creative Directors' plan.
PAINTING TEAM:
Help with the painting of props and murals used in the gym and other areas of the school. Note: Previous experience and artistic talent are not a prerequisite, training will be provided!
BAR/ATRIUM SET-UP TEAM:
Help with setting-up the atrium for the cocktail hour and the bar for dinner.
HOSPITALITY: 1) TELEPHONE TEAM:
For those who wish to volunteer from home, responsible to contact parents in the various grade levels and organize the donation of food and beverages which will be served to volunteers working during the grad set-up period.
HOSPITALITY: 2) FOOD PREPARATION TEAM:
For those who wish to volunteer from home, prepare food at home and arrange for its delivery to the school. These meals are served to the volunteers working during the set-up period.
HOSPITALITY: 3) HOSTING TEAM:
Help with setting-up tables and serving prepared meals to the volunteers. Help with clearing-up the kitchen after meals and setting-up for the next mealtime.
BARTENDING TEAM:
Help with bartending during the cocktail hour and dinner. Sell beverage tickets during the dinner. This team is required to work during the event, therefore, Secondary 5 parents cannot volunteer.
DEMOLITION/CLEAN-UP TEAM:
Assist with the demolition of the gym decor and all areas used for the event. Store all materials that can be used for future events as determined by the committee coordinator. This team is required to work the day after the event only.
GENERAL:
Wherever help is needed.
