The Early Excellence Project (EEP) aims to support the strengthening of early childcare sites that serve low-income families in Allegheny County. A foundational aspect of this process is improving and sustaining quality programming in early childhood education. EEP has identified Childcare Stabilization as a Catalyst for Economic Recovery which will ensure that childcare sites in urban communities stay open. EEP will provide accreditation and stabilization scaffolding for family, group, and center childcare sites through executive coaching.
