Communicating under pressure: Lessons from a senior leader in the UK football industry
Neil is a qualified solicitor and has been involved with the football industry for 20 years. He is currently Chief Executive of the Scottish Professional Football League having been a Chief Executive at Norwich City Football Club for nine years (starting at the age of 31). At that time he was also Director of both The Football League and The Football Association in England. He is also a visiting lecturer at a number of global universities around the world and will teach communications and crisis management for the AIT EMBA program in 2021. He is also currently 'Executive in Residence' with Liverpool University Management School. His talk will focus on how to communicate effectively in an industry that suffers from weekly and even daily crises.
