Certified and NFPA-701 Flame Certified. I understand that if my tent is found not to comply with these standards, I will not be allowed to participate in the special event I have signed up for.

I understand that set-up time is at 11:30 am on Saturday November 2nd. If I do not arrive by this time (or make arrangements with organizers) I will forfeit my space and registration.  *
Liability Waiver:  McDowell Arts Council Association (MACA), Dia de Muertos Festival Marion (The Festival), its staff, and volunteers accept no liability for any personal injury incurred during participation in this event. This includes on-site and off-site activities scheduled by staff and volunteers. To the fullest extent permitted by Laws and Regulations, Participant shall indemnify and hold harmless McDowell Arts Council Association (staff and volunteers) and The Festival against all claims, costs, civil penalties, fines, losses, and damages (including but not limited to professionals' fees and charges and all court or other dispute resolution costs), by whomsoever brought or alleged, arising out of, resulting from, or in connection with participating The Festival. I understand and acknowledge the above statement
