A response team comprised of the Inclusions Specialist, Director of Student Life, Assistant Academic Dean, Human Resources and a member from the Safety Team are responsible for vetting and resolving all concerns in a mindful and timeline appropriate to each matter.
If your concern is an immediate medical or safely emergency, please call 911.
Referral Procedure:1. For immediate concern please contact the President's Office firstname.lastname@example.org (if it is an emergency call 911).2. Fill out the form below reporting your concern.3. Upon successful submission of your alert, you will receive a message confirming it was received with responses to frequently asked questions and campus resources that may help resolve your area of concern.4. If necessary, a PNCA staff member will contact you to discuss your concern and will respect your anonymity and privacy as much as possible. 5.
