Slothline: Community Support Request
Sloth-Line is a centralized referral system set up to capture and address concerns of students and the greater PNCA community to enable our college community to be alert and responsive. The information provided enables us to assist students to persist and thrive who may be experiencing academic or personal difficulties as they transition throughout their creative growth and intellectual development at PNCA. Your participation in building a culture of critique and respect is a necessary and welcomed component in building academic success.

Your referral helps us to intervene early, on your behalf or for another student. Your feedback will help build success at PNCA ensuring the mission of the college; to prepare students for a life of creative practice. PNCA is here to empower and humanize our students and will respect your privacy and anonymity to the best of our ability as we work to address your concerns.

A response team comprised of the Inclusions Specialist, Director of Student Life, Assistant Academic Dean, Human Resources and a member from the Safety Team are responsible for vetting and resolving all concerns in a mindful and timeline appropriate to each matter.

If your concern is an immediate medical or safely emergency, please call 911.

Referral Procedure:
1. For immediate concern please contact the President's Office presidentsoffice@pnca.edu (if it is an emergency call 911).
2. Fill out the form below reporting your concern.
3. Upon successful submission of your alert, you will receive a message confirming it was received with responses to frequently asked questions and campus resources that may help resolve your area of concern.
4. If necessary, a PNCA staff member will contact you to discuss your concern and will respect your anonymity and privacy as much as possible.
5. If your concern doesn't fit neatly into one of the categories below, check other or email Victor Maldonado, Inclusions Specialist, vmaldonado@pnca.edu.
