1.) This form indicates your interest in an event.  Space for an event may be limited and submitting this form is not a guarantee of a spot.  Spots are first come first serve, for students that meet any required criteria (such as grade level or academic standing).  

2.) If you receive a spot for an event, the counseling / CCA dept will contact you about 10 days before the event with further information and a parent permission form to be signed and returned (if parent permission is required).  Failure to return a permission form may result in you losing your spot so another student may attend.

3.) Events are subject to change or cancellation without prior notification.

4.) New events may be added to this from time to time, you may resubmit at anytime with newly marked events you are interested in participating in.
