Laurier Elementary Raffle Ticket Order Form
**Please use this form to register your phone/email AFTER you have sent the Interac e-Transfer**

How to buy the ticket:
1. Send Interac e-Transfer to laurier.pac@gmail.com, then register your purchase using this form. When sending e-Interac, please indicate your name, email/phone, and number of tickets bought via the e-Interac message field.
2. Come to this page to register your ticket purchase. THIS IS A REQUIRED STEP because it helps us match up your contact info to your Interac e-Transfer payment, and automatically enters you into the draw.
3. The PAC will send you a confirmation email once we double-check the purchase info.

That's it!

Then, join the PAC meeting at 630pm Wed May 26, 2021 where we will do a live draw for the winner who will take 50% of the pot! The last raffle winner won $157 :)
