1:1 In-Person Training
This is 1:1 In-Person Training for anyone that is located near Tomball, TX 77375 and need a little extra push by working with me. I have a garage gym that has all the needed equipment to train you in person based on your specific goals.

What is included: Each session is one hour long. We will have a warm-up, workout, cool down / stretch. Before we start, we will have an initial meet up assessment where we talk about your goals and what you can expect from me. We will use a google sheet to keep track of the workouts. I do not provide meal plans but can assist with meal ideas. I also offer Nutrition Coaching if that is something you are interested in.

Each session is $35. I would like to meet up at least 2 times per week for optimal results. As of now, I have availability Monday-Thursday 4:30PM - 5:30PM /  6:30PM - 7:30PM / 7:30PM - 8:30PM, Friday one hour slots starting at 6:30PM, and Saturday and Sunday all day.
