1:1 In-Person Training
This is 1:1 In-Person Training for anyone that is located near Tomball / Cypress, TX and needs a little extra push by working with me. I am currently training at RISE Gym located in Tomball, TX (near 249 and Spring Cypress).

What is included: Each session is 45-60 minutes long. We will have a warm-up, workout, cool down / stretch. Before we start, we will have an initial meet up assessment where we talk about your goals and what you can expect from me. I do not provide meal plans but can assist with meal ideas. You will also get access to my app where we will keep track of your workouts and have access to nutrition info.

Each session is $50. I would like to meet up at least 2 times per week for optimal results. As of now, I only have early mornings and evenings available.
