Power School Special Programs Student Transfer Request Form
Welcome!

This form is for Student Transfers ONLY.  Use it to request transfers within PowerSchool Special Programs.  We will work on your transfer as quickly as possible.  It may take up to 24 hours for a response.  Please do not email a Help Desk Member (Alex, Missy, Yvonda, or Danielle) with transfers.  They all need to come through this form to ensure that they are completed in a timely manner.  Once we have submitted a request and the transfer is complete, you will receive an email with an update.
