Preamble:

LifeBlood Australia is an Incorporated Association under the Incorporated Associations Act of Queensland 1981. LifeBlood Australia is governed by a constitution which is derived from the Act’s Model Rules.

The constitution defines three membership types:
1.    Non-voting members who uphold the community cause.
2.    Voting members who uphold the LBA Statement of Belief
3.    Advisory members who bring specialist skills and experience.
