Because we want to impact as many menstruators as possible, during the creation of your chapter/club we are collecting membership dues. There is a suggested membership donation fee of 25 dollars per chapter (one time). Please forward the membership donation to PayPal.me/officialsapp or Venmo.com/officialsapp (venmo @officialsapp) immediately. Depending on our financial ability and/or demonstrated need, we may be able to waive the fee for you, but you must provide a valid explanation below. Check below yes if you agree, otherwise fill in an explanation about your financial circumstances. *
Interested chapter heads may begin scouting for their executive team as soon as you are finished filling out this form! Please research and follow the rules and regulations of your school/state/country regarding which officers you are legally required to have on your team (e.g. for CA Residents looking to start a chapter, a CEO/president, treasurer, and secretary are the 3 legally required officers). By checking the box below, you agree that Students Against Period Poverty will not be held liable financially or legally if chapter heads do not follow legal state/country/federal regulations. *
By filling out this chapter interest form and potentially opening up a chapter in your respective city/community, you agree to not hold Students Against Period Poverty (SAPP) liable for any physical, mental, financial, legal or any other damages you may incur through the creation and running of a sapp chapter. Furthermore, updates regarding our nonprofit, programs, promotions, newsletters, fundraisers, and other emails may be sent to your email listed above, although you are free to unsubscribe if asked. *
