Hallsville District Fundraising
Please fill out this form at least four weeks prior to beginning any fundraising events. Any activity that has the purpose of raising funds in support of a student activity or program must first be approved by the Superintendent (or designee) and the building principals. Because the district has experienced a marked increase in group fundraising efforts campus-wide, we do not want to overburden the community as the preferred method of purchasing resources should continue to be through use of budgetary dollars.
The person responsible for the fundraiser is encouraged to review Board Policy 1470 and 1471.
