Our goal in organizing this event is to encourage residents to start getting rid of items well before move-out in June. By participating, you are helping to reduce the number of items that end up on the streets and in the landfill during move-out in Isla Vista. You will get to keep 100% of the profits you make during the sale. We will provide you with a Yard Sale sign to place in front of your house on the day of the sale.
NOTE: If you do not have a yard, you are welcome to come host your sale at the Isla Vista Community Center located at 976 Embarcadero Del Mar. Reserve your spot early on as they fill up fast! Only individuals selling personal items with the intention of preparing for Move Out may participate. No vendors please!
TIP: Sales located on Del Playa, Sabado Tarde, Trigo, and Pasado tend to get the most customers. If you do not live in one of these areas, we recommend that you host your sale at the Community Center or at a friend's house who lives in a high traffic area.

Left Over Items:
The Isla Vista Beautiful Program will be available to pick up unwanted items left over from the Yard Sale.
