PixelPop Festival 2019 Exhibitor Application
Submit your application to exhibit your game or interactive art at PixelPop Festival 2018, on September 14 & 15, 2019.

Video games, experimental games, tabletop games, board games, card games, alternative controller games, installation games, game-likes, and interactive art are all encouraged to submit. You play it, we want it.

Demo applications will be open through June 15, 2019.

Submitting this application does not guarantee space at the event. Applicants will be notified of acceptance status no later than the week of July 1, 2019.

Pixelpop Festival carefully reviews all applications and curates exhibitors based on several criteria, rather than accepting on a first-come-first-serve basis. We aim to offer a variety of unique interactive experiences, and give a diverse selection of developers an opportunity to exhibit their projects. Projects of any size or scope are encouraged to submit, though unique projects that are in a polished, demo-ready state are preferred. Completed or published games are not required.

If your project is accepted, the exhibitor fee for a full-weekend table (8' rectangle or 6' round) is $50. The exhibitor fee for a 10x10 floor space (8' rectangle table included; no pipe and drape) is $100. (10x10 spaces are extremely limited.)

Tablecloths are included for all tables. Electricity is included for 8' tables and 10x10' spaces. Exhibitors are expected to provide their own equipment, including computers, monitors, speakers, etc.

Would you like to apply for a limited free PixelPop Demo Table?
This program provides free table space to a select number of developers with financial need. Opting-in for consideration does not guarantee a free table. The scholarship only covers the cost of demo space, NOT the cost of travel, food, or lodging. (Please only apply if you cannot demo without the financial help.)
