The Fund is a diverse community of founders and operators in unique positions to help our portfolio companies. For the office hours, we require the following:
  • CEO identifies as a person of color, woman, LGBTQ+, military veteran, with visible or non-visible disability. (Note: if the CEO does not identify as underrepresented, please fill out the following form and our team will reach out if there's a fit: https://airtable.com/shrjpNqWOj0SJP1ix)
  • 18-24 months of runway, which means the minimum size of a round we are participating in moves toward 1M. There will be exceptions to the rule.
  • Our primary interests are: B2B SaaS with evidence of PLG, AI, future of work, health, fintech, climate, consumer technology, pets, and HR tech. There, of course, will be exceptions to the rule.
