Texas Pre-Dental Society Membership Form
The form is to be completed at the start of of the current semester. However, this form can be submitted at any time throughout the semester to accommodate for any new members. There is only one option for dues during the Spring semester:

 • Semesterly dues ($60) cover membership for only a single semester and may be paid in Fall or Spring.

Dues must be paid via Venmo to @UTTPS for you to become a member and be added to the Slack domain. Slack invitations are sent out manually upon confirmation of paid dues, please be patient. For any questions regarding dues, please email treasurer@texaspredental.org.
