As school counselors, we plan to meet with every student at least once per year to discuss goals and progress (
PCCR: Plan for College and Career Readiness). We generally meet with
Seniors in August/September,
Freshman in October,
Sophomores in November/December, and
Juniors in January. Those can be very busy times for us as we work to meet with every student, but if you need help with something, we will work you in, and we appreciate your patience!
If you need to meet with your counselor about a question or concern you have, you can request to have her/him call you in by filling out this form.
- Generally, questions about schedule changes can be best addressed via email. For schedule changes, see our website: https://www.loganhigh.org/coursesandschedule
If you have a question that can be emailed to your counselor, feel free to reach out via email
Parents wanting to set an appointment to meet with their student's counselor are encouraged to call the counseling secretary, Dana Harris, to arrange that: (435) 755-2385
- If you are having a mental health crisis and need immediate support, please come to the counseling office directly
After you submit your request here, your counselor may email you to address your question or send a call slip to you in the next few days based on availability if needed. If you do not hear back within a week, we recommend you stop by the counseling center and talk to the secretary, Dana Harris, and she can help coordinate an appointment.
