Concurrent session presenters attending the conference who are Commonwealth employees are responsible for all expenses incurred during the conference (i.e., registration, lodging, travel, meals, etc.) NOTE: Prior approval from the Executive Committee must be obtained for stipends to be paid to anyone who is not a Commonwealth employee.
