Your files need to be sent via WeTransfer.com, a third party service used to send large files (registration or login not required). Please follow instructions below to send your file via WeTransfer.com. This will connect this survey with your submission.  


Step 1: Go to wetransfer.com (this will open in a new tab or window). Click “Add Files” and select the file to be uploaded (or click “Add Folder” if you need to upload more than one file). Please format the name of your file to include your first and last name, and title of your piece.

Step 2: In the “Email To” field type in contest2026@chcp.org

Step 3: Enter your email address in the next field

Step 4: Enter the Title of your video, artwork, or poetry

Step 5: The Message field is optional and can include other relevant information for your submission such as the file name.

Step 6: Click Transfer when done

An email will be sent to you with a code which you must retrieve, then copy and paste on the screen on the WeTransfer page. Click the Submit button on the bottom to complete file uploading process. 


When done, Return to this page to complete the submission form by clicking Submit at the bottom.
