I understand that by ticking the box, I am confirming the following:

Agreement for use of Boatpark Storage facilities during Winter Season 2023/24

1) I have read, understood and agree to abide by the club and boatpark rules.

2) I will not leave portable fuel, either liquid or LPG in the boatpark.

3) I will clear up any waste materials including used engine oils.

4) I will ensure the boat will be ready to be removed from the Park on or before 15th April 2024 (awaiting professional services or planning to sell the boat will not be accepted as a reason for overstaying).

5) I understand that boats overstaying will be charged the full winter rate for each month they remain.

6)I understand that failure to abide by this agreement may mean that I will notbe offered a place in the park in future.
